parrot fish green chili / tilapia fish green chili
ingredients:
2 medium-size tilapia fish, cut off -kerat
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
200 ml of water
2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
the oil for frying
seasoning slices:
6 red onions
4 cloves garlic
5 large green chilies
5 pieces of green chili
How to make:
1. Marinate tilapia with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Fry the fish until the fissure.
3. Saute seasoning slices, bay leaves, and galangal until fragrant.
4. Add water, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Cook until boiling.
