Grilled chicken Padang

Ingredients: 1 chicken, cut not to drop out
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt (mixed, let stand 15 minutes)
3 cm cinnamon
2 cloves grains
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
6 lime leaves
400 cc thin coconut milk
200 cc coconut milk (from ½ coconuts)
Fried onions to taste
Cooking oil to taste

Ground spices:
10 red onions
4 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
5 grains hazelnut
3 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon coriander

How to Make Roast Chicken Recipes Padang:
Heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter lemongrass, lime leaves, cinnamon, cloves.
Add the chicken, thin coconut milk. Cook until chicken is cooked and the milk is absorbed.
Add thick coconut milk, coconut milk and cook until dried.
Bake chicken until browned, remove from heat.
Serve the chicken, sprinkle with fried onions.
