Grilled chicken Padang
Ingredients: • 1 chicken, cut not to drop out
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of salt (mixed, let stand 15 minutes)
• 3 cm cinnamon
• 2 cloves grains
• 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
• 6 lime leaves
• 400 cc thin coconut milk
• 200 cc coconut milk (from ½ coconuts)
• Fried onions to taste
• Cooking oil to taste
Ground spices:
• 10 red onions
• 4 cloves garlic
• 3 red chilies
• 5 grains hazelnut
• 3 cm turmeric
• 2 cm ginger
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon coriander
How to Make Roast Chicken Recipes Padang:
• Heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter lemongrass, lime leaves, cinnamon, cloves.
• Add the chicken, thin coconut milk. Cook until chicken is cooked and the milk is absorbed.
• Add thick coconut milk, coconut milk and cook until dried.
• Bake chicken until browned, remove from heat.
• Serve the chicken, sprinkle with fried onions.
